Joanne Lipman was born on June 18, 1961 and is an award-winning American journalist, editor, and author. Likewise, the speaker of the article graduated from Yale University and consequently, is a speaker on topics including women’s leadership and art advocacy. Ms. Lipman will be publishing her new book: Win Win: The Art and Science of Working with Women, which is based on her article that instantly went viral: Women At Work: A Guide for Men.
