Throughout time, vaccines have been used to treat a number of illnesses such as influenza, smallpox, chickenpox and more. In today’s society a common argument that comes up is whether or not parents should vaccinate their children. Although, they have been beneficial to health of the human race many believe that it’s their personal right to decide whether or not they should give their children vaccinations due to speculations that children may obtain illnesses such as autism. However, past and recent studies have proven that vaccinations can be more beneficial than harmful to the human body by aiding the reduced spreading of dangerous diseases and prevention of catching life-threatening illnesses.
Vaccines are most commonly used to treat or prevent infection. The vaccination shot consists of microbial DNA and microbes and these substances trick the body into thinking that it has been cured. Vaccines help the body prevent future attacks toward your immune system. Vaccines are first introduced to newborns because they are most vulnerable to potential life threatening disease and their immune systems are very weak.
