An Evolution from Ape to Human Being a human is a lot more complex than people believe it to be. Humans are a difficult species to understand. We’re constantly changing and creating or discovering new things, throughout our world. Being a human isn’t always easy; we get things thrown at us suddenly like sickness or death, things go wrong such as failing a test or going through a breakup, and the most challenging thing; trying to fit into our crazy world. Although we can have similarities, we’re unique to just about every other mammal or animal in the world. All except for one; the apes. The relationship we have with the apes proves that we evolved from their species through closeness in a broad spectrum of communication, physical appearance and anatomy, and the complicated system of emotions and feelings that both have. The communication tactics that both species had were extremely similar. “I think what makes u human- is our interconnectedness among people. It’s our ability to form and maintain relationships. It’s the barometer by which we call ourselves human” (Jane). This quote talks about the way humans connect, and how we are a more advanced version of what came before our time. Communication is key in the human world and is done by speaking in various languages, varying between countries and cultures, dialects and in some case using physical signs as a demonstration of thoughts.
