Rights are legal, social, or ethical principles of freedom or entitlement; that is, rights are the fundamental normative rules about what is allowed of people or owed to people, according to some legal system, social convention, or ethical theory. There are many types of rights like human rights, legal rights, civil rights etc.
As well as adult, children also have human rights and civil rights, and legal rights –but do not have the full legal capacity of adults. The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) Convention on the Rights of the Child is the first legally binding international instrument to incorporate the full range of human rights — civil, cultural, economic, political and social rights for the protection of children. The Convention sets out these rights in 54 articles and two Optional Protocols. The CRC recognizes that children have the same human rights as adults, while also needing special protection due to their vulnerability.
As mention in “The child-friendly CRC in English” handout-book of The Right of Every Child series, it written that children has rights to:
a. CARED FOR: All organisations concerned with children, for example, schools and the health service, should work towards what is best for each child. Article 3
b. PROTECTION: All children should be protected from violence, abuse and neglect, and governments should protect them. Article 19

When it comes to children, there are two main types of exploitation: (a). “Economic exploitation” is when someone makes money by using a child, whether for work, as child soldiers, or for use in gangs.
