What Is One Change You Do Your Self Perception ( How You Think About Yourself )?
My biggest self-perception and the one change I would like to make is the fact that I am a workaholic. I am literally on the clock 24/7, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am genuinely more enthusiastic about work than anything else in my life, including family and friends. There 's nothing more than I would rather do than work. I have always felt like I needed to prove my abilities and strengths by staying late at work, completing others reports and always going over and beyond what I should be doing. Because of my work ethic, I realized this year that I never say “no” which contributed to my overtime and the fact that I always feel like I needed to do more or I risked being thrown under a bus. I would like to change this trait to alter and suit my new profession upon graduation.
