History and evolution:
Double H was created in 2010 by Michael Heffernan. He is also the CEO of TCA showroom, two stores (Tonic and Sylvie Quentin), and an online store Tonic Clothing. Double H agency is a clothes showroom.
A showroom is a space to present new products from a manufacturer (a brand) to future buyers. A showroom is typical of the fashion industry. It can be permanent or temporary, intended only for professionals (as journalists and buyers) or for the general public. Double H operates in the UK market. They sell the collections to boutiques, online retailers and department stores.
At the beginning, Double H had only 2 brands (Garcia, and Redskins). Today, Double H has around 20 brands for both women men and kids. Double H has approximately 200 customers in the United Kingdom. Double H is the third showroom in the UK. Its biggest competitors are Belfield

Its main competitors are Hackett, Gant, Ralph Lauren, Boss, La Martina, Paul and Shark. The bestsellers of the collection are the polos, shirts and basic knitwear. I am going to do a quick analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the brand. The strengths are its presence in the Far East and Middle East which attracts UK locals and tourists and then is leading to a strong brand recognition. The warm sporting partnership with Rugby Football Union and England Rugby which gives great exposure to the brand. The brand also has Never Out Of Stock (NOOS) package to build its turnover, fidelity and confidence with customers. The brand also has weaknesses, the redundant repetition of products within different seasons and collections, the collections all look like each other’s. Eden Park is less fashionable and on-trend compared to its competitors. The brand tends to be only rugby based target and needs to move into more lifestyle products. There is a strong French and International based products that leave some styles out of the UK
