The first step that I will engage with is to establish the perception of change within the company so that the employees may have a change perception in their mind. Unlike Robert who wanted to do all the supervision alone, I will create a governing coalition that will be made up of individuals that will be representing all the works in different shoes production levels. The members will be subjected to a short organizational training so that they will have a clear understanding of what I will be expecting them to do while they still monitor the rest or their teams. After the training, we will meet and develop the strategies and vision of our group, we will discuss what we expect each employee to handle the shoes production units. This will be communicated to all the employees via their e-mails and memos which will be made available at all the notice boards. The procedures to be followed will then be clearly outlined in their simple graphs and in pictorial basis for easier
