Specifically, Mr. Burkhead explains he was sold a plan that qualified for a veteran’s discount. Mr. Burkhead states he proved he was a veteran and was to receive the discount thereafter.
Discounts by Verizon Wireless offers discounts on wireless products and services. These discounts are for employees of companies, or those affiliated with organizations that have an agreement for wireless service with Verizon Wireless.

Burkhead activated mobile number 502-727-8499-7715 on July 12, 2010. The number was later changed to 502-909-7715 online via My Account on April 24, 2014. While the account was active there were several price plan changes as noted below.
During the above start/end dates, Military and Veteran discounts only applied to plans with a monthly access fees of $34.99 or higher, and data features of $24.99 or higher, when added to a plan of $34.99 or higher. On plans with separate account and line fees, discounts apply only to the Account Access fees. Prepaid, new Verizon Plan Unlimited, already discounted, data-only and promotional plans are not eligible for discounts through this program. The Single Line Loyalty Save Plans did not qualify for the discounts.
Therefore, Mr. Burkhead’s account did not receive the Military Veteran discount. Mr. Burkhead disconnected his Verizon Wireless service on January 23, 2017.
Previously, a total credit of $212.08 was issued t o Mr. Burkhead account. The credit was issued separately with a $65.00 and $147.08 credit issued on the February and April 24, 2017, invoices.
In an effort to bring final closure to this matter we offer a credit of $78.84. A check will be mailed in this amount and should take 10 business days for delivery to Mr.
