During my work placement at Little Frogs Pre school, the organisation followed various policies and procedures which were specific to promoting and identifying gaps in improvement. An example of a policy which they followed was the ‘Child collection policy’ which is A child departing from the centre must be given into the care of a parent or guardian. If a parent or guardian is not available, it must be established that a person is authorised in writing by a guardian to collect the child from the centre.
