Trust is an essential element of project work, it is important for project managers/leaders to understand how trust develops, why people trust and how trust affects the outcomes of projects. The author further believes that the change process involves learning new things including discontinuing current attitudes, behaviours or inherent organisational practices; there needs to be motivation for change to occur; generally, this is often the most difficult part of the change process. Human capital is core to all organisational change; any change whether incremental or quantum change it requires individuals to change; Resistance to change is inevitable whether how small or huge the change is; Effective change necessitates reinforcing of new established behaviours, attitude and organisational norms. There are three stages of change which are as follows:
Unfreezing. Unfreezing is the stage by which people become aware of the need for change and efforts are thus made to unfreeze current behaviours;
Changing/Moving. Changing means to move from the current state to the future desired state. It may include change in behaviour or attitude, resulting in organisational shake ups;
