Name of the case: the murder of James Anagnos on October 18, 1977. . Victim: James Anagnos. . Suspects: Frank Wright. . How the hair is connected to the case: James Anagnos was found dead in his own bar. He’s been stabbed 26 times, and to the head four times with a hard object. The stabs weren’t that fatal, but the blood from his head was what killed him. The police did some research on the case, and they found some hair. There was some hair on his hand. Those hair they found appeared to be the same hair type as Frank Wright’s hair, but they could not positively match the hair samples. But years later, a private laboratory from Texas has confirmed that it’s Frank Wright’s hair.

They also stated that there is one chance in a 1000 chances that two caucasian people hair is indistinguishable. How fiber is connected to the case: All the victims were teenagers, and nothing specifically has been found besides some tiny fibers and few strands of hair. Special Agent Doug Deerick said he had found some pink fibers on Kati’s body. Along with that, he also found some dark blue fiber that he was looking for on Kati and Kristin’s bodies. And there were some blue fibers on Sofia’s shirt. The pink fiber was found on Kati’s body was also found in Richard Marc Evonitz’s closet. They turned out to be the exact same fibers. They found some fibers on the handcuff of Evonitz which turned out had the same color of the fiber found on Kati and Kristin’s bodies. Those evidences concluded that Evonitz was the killer of all the cases listed
