In “The Year of the MOOC” by Laura Pappano, she describes how difficult and challenging the MOOC is and this would be perfect for James. Since he is so persistent and hard working, he can complete a MOOC. After reading, “Chunky Peanut Butter” by James Gregory, I am convinced that James Gregory is perfect for a MOOC because he is persistent, dependable, open-minded, and hard working.
James is hard working and to complete a MOOC you need to be hard working. James writes about how he,” …. works at a summer day camp for kids and has fervent school spirit” (Gregory 14). He also has, “ This desire to help is ingrained in my personality, and drives my plan to become a physician and continue my service to others” ( Gregory 15). So this proves how he will work towards his goal until he succeeds. He works so hard and for the MOOC, “ …. In the end, 13000 students completed the class and earned a certificate” (Pappano 26). I believe that James can be one of the 13000 students.

Since MOOCs have study groups James would be really helpful, “ I am able to work with any kind of jelly”(Gregory 14). James is saying he is peanut butter and he can work with any kind of person or “jelly”. Also in the MOOC it says that many students have made friends through this, “Mrs. Spiegel befriended women from India and Pakistan through Facebook study groups”(Pappano 25). The MOOC is also evolving and James wouldn't have a problem since he is flexible, “ The evolving form knits together education, entertainment, and social networking”(Pappano

In Robert E. Shore-Goss’ Queering Christianity: Find a Place at the Table for LGBTQI Christians, the Holy Spirit is talked about in the most loving way I have ever seen. To my surprise, I agreed with a lot of the theology. Before coming to Brite, I did not know there was such a thing as “Queer Theology.” Shore-Goss talks about the Holy Spirit taking what humans have put in the way of finding God, and making some sort of humor out of it. There is an extraordinary amount of theology books that do not convey emotion.…
