Each diagnosis consists of an identified problem, list of etiological factors of the problem, and the manifestations of the problem (Anderson & McFarlane, 2015). It is also important to note that the community nursing diagnosis development process provided by Anderson and McFarlane (2015) does not use NANDA International’s terminology.
