Stubbs, Patchay, Soundy, and Schofield (2014) are faculty members of University of Greenwich, London, UK. The authors noted after a considerable time of non-activity engagement, sedentary behavior for aging adults leads to mortality. The authors noted that the concept of physical exercise is important to the research because moderate exercise may reverse the downward health trends and improve life satisfaction (Maher et al., 2015). Furthermore, the author’s pointed out that a strong correlation exists between physical exercise activities, increased health, and wellness, and improved quality of life. Falls and fear of falling affects the older population (Stubbs, 2014) and many older adults prefer to skip participating in sports or physical activities and move towards a sedentary behavior (Macniven et al., 2014).
