People usually hear or it is a gender issue or a race issue but trying to explain the connection between the two is nearly impossible none the less talking about issues of class. An issue that most believe in the “American Dream” that is you hard enough that you will live some fantastic life and if you do not make it that it is your own fault. This ideology ingrained in our minds by companies that want use to work ourselves into the grave because that is the “American Dream” not recognizing that this “dream” is just a political ploy.
