At first, my personal experience with what symptoms I had seen with anxiety was solely with excessive worrying and what seemed like slight depression. Now I see that there are also many internal symptoms that may not be able to be seen by another person. Increased heart rate, dizziness, and cold hands or feet are just a few of the many side effects of anxiety. Though they may seem harmless for the most part alone, when placed all together along with the issue of excessive fear this disorder can be portrayed as anything but harmless. Personally, I know that these issues affect my mother’s life in many ways. She is unable to do some of the things she wishes to do because of her disorder. Many more people than expected have this disorder. There are so many symptoms that some of us don’t understand. These symptoms cause greater issues in the lives of those with anxiety and affect those around them. It is difficult to deal with someone with anxiety but with more education of what is going on things can be better understood. Also, the fact that there are several different types of anxiety is interesting. It shows that there is a bit of anxiety in everyone and has an effect in one situation or another. Overall, anxiety is very serious disorder that needs to be managed
