7. By reviewing the Stress Curve image the PPT, what information are you able to learn from it? (1 point) Reviewing the Stress curve image, I learned that excesses are negative for our lives. For instance, while there is an optimum levels of stress that can support us to be optimistic, energetic, and hopeful. Unfortunately, stress overload is devastating and brings us psychological sickness and problems with our mental health too. Too much stress making us to burn-out, getting panic attacks, anger, and a final breakdown.

What is a barrier to self-care? (1 point) All those activities that deter us or prevent us to take loving care of ourselves are self-care barriers. Moreover, obstacles to self-care could be work overloads, family businesses, turbulent social relationships, economic constraints, and college work.
11. What is the definition of Mindfulness? (1 point)
Mindfulness is a stress management assertive technique that teaches us how to keep moment by moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and our environment. AS Anderson Cooper indicates is being aware of our thoughts, feelings, and needs.
12. Are you Mind Full or Mindful? Explain your answer in 2-3 complete sentences. (2 points)
I would state that sometimes I am mindful and others mind full. For instance, at the end of the semester, I am also at the end of the school year and grades, report cards, festivals, and other activities keep me overstressed. However, during the Easter break, my only obligation is to take care of my college classes, because my own spring break is a week earlier than COC’s. The opposite happen the following week, since COC is closed for classes, I can dedicate my time to my work and
