After teaching these classes in state prisons, at hospitals, recovery centers, schools, and other locations, for many years, I realized that not everyone has access to this material, which can literally change one’s behavior, patterns, and/or outlook about themselves and others. I wanted to make it as accessible and widely available as possible.
What exactly do you mean by being mindful?
“Being mindful”, is one of many ways to remind us to give our complete attention to the moment and what we are experiencing in that moment (sensations, emotions, thoughts,
