In the declaration of independence, Jefferson started by the fact that all humans are equal and should have the right of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. However, Jefferson’s beliefs in the necessity of slavery abolition were from a superior view that blacks and whites cannot peacefully live together (Christa). Thus, he died a slaves’ owner. Although Franklin grew up a slaves’ owner, trader, and promoter, he had lately come to believe in the blacks’ right of equality and started calling for the abolition of slavery. “Slavery is such an atrocious debasement of human nature, that its very extirpation, if not performed with solicitous care, may sometimes open a source of serious evils (Franklin).” Franklin also believed that black people have the ability to learn the same as the whites and therefore they should have the opportunity for education. In Addition, both Jefferson and Franklin tried to get a constitutional support for the abolition, but they died with failure. At the time, it was hard to end slavery because it was such an economic basis, especially in the north. Some strong countries use their political and economic power to control other countries; it is called an international trusteeship. In our world, we use the third world countries name just instead of slaves. Such poor and weak countries are enslaved because they do not have their own decisions or choices; they are self-independent. Such countries can be owned, sold, or bought by the strong ones. Such countries consider as a global market to those strong ones, and any develop or progress in them will harm the economy of the strong countries. Thus, they always kept poor or in a political turmoil. Sometimes, the strong countries use them in their political fights. Abolishing the slavery in America depended, beside people tendency, on the support of the effective people in the country like Franklin and Jefferson. Thus, our recent world needs founding fathers who, at least, will try to eliminate such slavery and give all countries the same chance to rise and develop
