There is a common concept in some parts of the world that globalization of a community or country is wrong, and that it will have irreparable impact on the culture. This concept, while it may seem true for some people in their own opinion, for all it will not because globalization is inevitable. To what extent does globalization contribute to sustainable prosperity for all people? I believe that we humans, and our actions, have created our once healthy planet into a dying one, and with our resources, and weather dying off, we won’t be able to sustain prosperity for anyone at all. With that being said, people today have not extended out soon enough to be able to provide a sustainable prosperity life for all.…

Shark poaching has become a global issue in the world today. The high cost of shark fin, due to Asian demand, has created black market business opportunities that third world countries have learned to capitalize on. The lack of control and policing of fishing in international waters has allowed this problem to grow at an incredible rate. These things, along with the general view that sharks are mean, horrible, deadly, demonic creatures has helped to allow these practices to continue without much interference from the public.
