One of the symptoms that is portrayed by Sheldon to make me believe this is that he does not like change to his daily routine at all. He also has the inability to see or accept when he was wrong or rude. Sheldon also has a blaring lack of social skills and has a very evident inability to communicate properly. Another aspect that is not exclusively related to Asperger’s but has a correlation to is the uncomfortable nature of giving or receiving hugs from others. One thing that does not get portrayed much through Sheldon is that he has an eidetic memory as well, it has very minimal exposure in the show. I feel that he has Asperger’s syndrome along with some other disorders. Some of the key things that Sheldon does that point me towards Asperger’s is that he has a daily routine that should not be messed with under any circumstances along with his lack of social skills make him a prime example of an Asperger’s patient. One of the other disorders that I believe he has is that of Obsessive compulsive disorder I believe h is suffering from this disorder because of the need for a door to be knocked on three times before the person can answer. The final thing I believe that Sheldon is suffering from is that of mysophbia. Throughout the series Sheldon has shown multiple times that he is afraid of germs and is very irrational when it comes to coming in contact with other people’s germs. In the end, Sheldon has many things that may be odd to people whom do not know of the different things that he is experiencing.
