From birth babies are constantly watching other people. Babies and kids watch everything that is put in front of them. They watch their parents, siblings, television, and other kids that are around them. Role models have an astounding effect on the lives of young people in our society. A role model has the ability to shape the views, ideas, and actions of a young person. Role models have a strong effect on what youth decide to become in the future. The influence that role models have over young people is tremendous. It is important for role models to be positive and responsible in instilling good morals and values because future generations are directly dependent on the role models of today. Instead of putting herself in a situation to be susceptible to the pressures of all the wrong doings, Tyra sets her priorities straight, lives a structured life, and surrounds herself with people who bring a positive impact into her life. She continually helps others, and genuinely cares about others. Christianity is about personal relationships. Relationships with God, with Jesus, and with our family and friends, and even with our enemies.
