The effect in totalitarian in each of these dictators time was different, although very horrible in ways the had completed this. For Mussolini, he was best at propaganda because the knew how to manipulate the people. Hitler used a dreadfully amount of terror on the by using the Nazi because of how violent the were. The beat innocent people and that way everyone had to follow Hitler. For Stalin the was best it one party rule because of the Soviet Union. Some really admired at an others did not. However, everything was very influential with their dictators. The all as well used much of indoctrination and most importantly, charisma.
