For example, religion points to how God created us in his image and that he’s full of love and forgiveness, yet he’s taken his almighty wrath out on many. Shortly after the world was created it fell into sin, but the reason sin was there was because God implemented a system to tempt Adam and Eve. Not long after the flood that destroyed the entire world except for one family and 2 of each animal had occurred. So while you have the stories of Jesus turning a few loaves of bread and a couple fish and turns it into enough to feed the entire crowd of thousands of people through a miracle it makes you wonder how he could also retaliate in some of the nature he has in the past in destroying so many of his followers. Sure it’s a commandment that you shall not murder, but is that really something that’s debated? One would assume everyone is under the same understanding that murder is naturally wrong even having no idea who God is. However, the same God they believe in has proved to do things that made majority of it’s society vanish on a few occasions. If God created this world why would he implement the sin in the first place, rather than just creating a world without sin? Is it moral that God himself allowed for the first sin to happen?
