She crashed in the Pont De l'Alma road tunnel in Paris, France. A conspiracy theory was that her chofer Henri Paul plotted the whole thing. It was considered a murder. Henri was the security manager at the Ritz Hotel where Diana stayed. There is a backstory behind this though. Maybe Paul was paid by the M16 to assassinate the princess. Or supposedly Henri got drunk and was speeding. Many people believed that he was drunk but they still confirmed his driving skills
