A dentist, a nurse, and a physical therapist are also examples of jobs who work in the personal health field. To be able to show your health in the future, you have to stay in shape and keep being active and doing the same things you were doing that made you get healthy. Being healthy also includes brushing your teeth everyday so you don’t have bacteria on your teeth. Bacteria are tiny one celled organisms that live nearly everywhere. The main ways to stay healthy is maintain a healthy weight, exercise regularly, don’t smoke, eat a healthy diet. Doing those things can help you stay healthy and live a good life.
