In the world, there are a lot of things that can respond our need. However, in our life, there are just only four things that are necessary, namely Food, Accommodation, Clothes and Medicine. All of them called Four requisites. Nowadays, we face several pollutants that make an effect on our health. Therefore, most of the people began to pay attention to their health. The government tried to make a policy to support the people and one of the solution is The universal health care. They hold a view that everybody has an equal right to cure a disease. This requires a sound health care system. Also, it claims a financial system to support people from monetary hardship and destitution from health care costs. They think that it can help people who don’t have healthcare insurance and who cannot bear the burden. Also, they believe that the universal health care coverage can solve the current difficulties and problems, which are high medical costs, low preventive care and high infant mortality rates, etc., facing the U.S. health care system. Before the Obamacare ACA, people often went bankrupt for medical expenses, but now they have a ceiling they must pay for their health care each year. Not only that, it does not allow insurers to set life insurance caps. Moreover, it is convenient and reduce the number of non-insured. Millions of Americans are involved, many of whom are for the first time. Private health insurers are forbidden to refuse applications for sick persons, and insured prices must be the same as for others. People who were previously unable to participate are able to participate and pay for diagnoses and medical expenses. Children get longer insurance. People who are under 26 years old can continue to the benefit of their parent's health plan. Both of them are the best benefits for Obamacare that the insurance cannot provide to people.
