The process in which to create and form a new state in the United States of America was forged to prevent new states would being put into place randomly and without the United States government’s consent. Many states have been created obviously in the American history, and these states also had to go through a process also to come into existence. After the creation of a state, there are clearly laws that must be followed by the population of people living within the state. These laws do in fact, come from the United States government and the constitution created by our founding fathers.
