My Management Philosophy: Explaining My Philosophy Of Management

A BRIEF STATEMENT REGARDING MY PHILOSOPHY OF MANAGEMENT : My understanding of management philosophy is more like a mission statement about myself and how I will apply it in managing a business entity or an organization. I will describe my management style to be one, that is sort of aggressive. I am very willing and able to get into details in order to for things to be done when necessary.
I believe that I as a manager should provide direction, guidance, leadership, and also set an example to my subordinates or staff. My management philosophy is to provide an environment that leads to productive employees. I can achieve this through keeping the morale high, providing encouragement to low performers, and also rewarding the strong performers.

MY REASONS FOR CHOOSING ELMIRA COLLEGE’S GRADUATE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM ARE AS FOLLOWS:
(i) Reputation – Elmira College’s graduate management program is well respected in both the medical field which I belong to as well as the business communities for having quality graduates.
(ii) Program Choices – The school as I understand, is designed to prepare graduates for immediate employment into entry level positions.
(iii) Convenient Class Schedules – I understand that weekend and evening classes are available to best fit my schedule, incase I need adjustment anytime.
(iv) Recognition – After much inquiry. I learnt also that its programs are registered with the New York State Education Department, Therefore the school is not a diploma mill so I can say that I am going to get value for the money that I will spend in the tuition.
(v) Quality Instructors – Elmira College’s graduate management school, has quality instructors. I understand that the Institution reviews the qualifications of all of their instructors to ensure that they meet ‘State and Accreditation’ requirements and are committed to student’s success, bringing synergy and an excellent approach to the classroom

I am a very ambitious individual. I have big dreams, when it comes to my future career goals and aspirations. I am passionate about many things and I want to focus a future career in management that will compliment my profession as a medical practitioner. It is very important that I acquire management skills so that I can diversify and work as a manager, so that in the future, I can use my desired management skills and experience to manage my own establishment which I hope to build someday.
