Kaine also talks about investing in education, enhancing business growth, and raising taxes. These are just some of his ideas for his "Five Step Plan". He also brings up that Trump's plan is a "Trump First" tax plan which means it is to benefit Trump. Another thing that Senator Kaine brings up is that Trump has broken his first promise of releasing his tax returns if he got the nomination. He also brings up the point that every presidential nominee since Nixon has released their tax returns. Governor Pence brings up the success of his economic budget in the state of Indiana, which he governs. He talks about how he will lower taxes and end the war on coal unlike the plan of his opponents. His stance on Trump's tax returns is that Trump is a business man that has properly used tax codes in use for circumstances like he was in. A topic that both representatives hardly touched on was that of 'Social Security'. They both plan on meeting obligations to protect it and keep it alive longer than it is expected to last currently. I also liked when he said that Senator Kaine would be going back to Senate, implying that he is going to win and Hilary and Kaine are going to lose. I also liked when he brought up about the "creative lines" or lies that Kaine was blabbering on about. Somethings I didn't like were when Governor Pence would shake his head when Kaine would say things and he would just disregard what he was saying. Some other things I didn't like was when he wouldn't listen to the moderator or he would just not answer the question at hand. There were multiple times where he went completely off topic to avoid answering the question. Somethings that I liked from Senator Kaine would be when he was disrupted by Pence he responded by saying "Now we're even!". Some other things I liked were at the end when both men talked about their stance on religion and how the are very devoted but will keep that out of the way to protect and serve the American People. Somethings I didn't like that Senator Kaine said was when he was talking about being against the death penalty because he was Catholic. I didn't like this because less than a minute later he was talking about how he supports abortion. So he either lied about supporting it or he lied about being a devout
