Are you feeling stressed or overwhelmed with college? Statistics show that 80% of college students are stressed and overwhelmed by their responsibilities. In today’s society, the mental health issues of college students are growing more each day. Mental health is a person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being. The challenges students are facing, are affecting their everyday life. Stress for college students are causing emotional outcomes resulting in stressor. The stress and pressure to succeed is triggering student’s mental health. These issues need to be addressed and identified to every college student whether or not they are experiencing these issues. Informing college students with these mental health issues that can occur by stress can help themselves or a friend who is experiencing these issues. There are many mental health issues that are a growing concern till this day. Students need to be informed with exactly what these issues are so they can either help someone dealing with it or help themselves. Understanding these growing mental health issues could help future students that are getting ready to start college.
