Based on the conflict situation of Kachin inter- and intra-ethnic conflict, they cannot trust each other and there have never negotiated for any misunderstanding of issue and dispute in parties. In order to the conflict situation of parties they need the third party mediator who can assist and facilitate among them to negotiate and reduce the tension reach agreement. “Mediator can support the conflict management process and advice the parties in dispute.
