When it comes to potential legal situations you have a responsibility to both your employer and your coworkers in keeping the company from causing harm to its employees or guests in any way. While every company has their own policy about how to report incidents it is up to the employees to follow through with those policies. If I have a problem in the future I will make sure I know who to contact for those incidents. Now that I know I cannot be fired for filing a complaint, I will make sure to report every incident I deem fit. The only thing I am still not entirely certain on is how to handle wage discrimination or issues since many companies prevent their employees from talking about wage.
