How do my ethical values fit in with the ethical values of Kudler Fine Foods. I believe the values are similar between Kathy Kudler and I because Kathy quality standards are high and her devotion to customer service is outstanding. A willing combination for any business. Mine are also similar, as will soon be seen.

Relating to Kudler Fine Foods, my ethics would no doubt play a role in the management of the store. However, I believe my ethical values would play an inconsequential role in the continued success of Kudler Fine Foods. Because my values appear to be the equivalent to Kathy the owner. Reading the biography of Kudler Fine Foods it appears that I would not change too much in the operations of the business or in what the owner previously has done in operating the stores.. This all seems reasonable to me.
From the materials that I have read about Kudler Find Foods, Kathy Kudler has three stores that require her full-time attention. Kathy appears to be a workaholic and consider her customers needs at the centerpiece of her three stores. Kathy fulfils the needs of her customers by supplying high quality products at a good value. The high quality standards of Kudler Fine Foods are directly in line with my values. I am a dedicated employee that can mange several simultaneous tasks. Customer service is my greatest satisfaction.
Therefore, I would not change the operations of Kudler Fine Foods because Kathy as done an outstanding job at developing the business. Kathy’s focus on quality and customer service is the exact combination to be successful. Quality products will always sell themselves. A business will not have to promote itself with good product quality. The customers will sell it for you by word of
