Juveniles should be punished as adults for violent crimes because justice is what is most important when it comes to our community being hurt. There are many reasons why juveniles should be punished such as a child’s brain development, social justice, and the amount of violence and effect on victims.People often misunderstand a child’s “undeveloped brain” with a decision they make. The truth is, if the undeveloped brain was to be on a child, the number of violence would increase. An underdeveloped brain is not the answer to violence.
