Landscape is described as a dynamic and flowing thing. It has more similarity with music. In other words, the way we feel landscape is quite similar with how we feel music. We could get different feeling, receive different experiences in different sections and time of a music, so does in landscape. It is a changeable process. In this book, John thought garden is a work of art. Garden as reflections of man’s attitude to the nature and to the world. These article provides me some information of how the sound in the landscape influenced people. I realized that soundscape is a virtual aspect for studying music and space. The involvers in the soundscape receive sound by their own experience and culture background. Tatiana said exploring sound as soundscape can be seen as a kind of construction in order to perceive, furthermore, to perceive a perception. Additionally, the strategy of soundscape listening have opportunity to organize the perception of reality in a generally enhanced environment. What I conclude is that sensation (detection), perception (recognition), and effect (meaningfulness) provide a basis for which an external environment becomes an internalized auditory experience. Therefore, here is a possibility of using sound sources in combination with the material properties, geometry, and context into my design to produce unique multisensory landscape
