This story is taken place in the Judean desert, and begins with a woman who is surrounding her husband because he is very ill. Mira told us that Musa’s tongue was black, like Satan was inside of him. The women, Mira, and her husband, Musa, did not seem to always get along. Musa was very abusive, physically and mentally. They seemed to be the only people around, so she decided that she was going prepare a grave in the hills. In the distance, she saw four travelers coming toward her. The travelers decided to look for cave that they could stay in to fast, while a fifth figure, who happened to be Jesus, came up to the tent where saw Musa laying on the ground; so, he put his hands on his chest and began to heal him. Mira had left before this, and when she came back, she saw Jesus healing her husband. Jesus had helped Musa, and recovered his health. Mira was shocked, and didn’t know what to think. When Musa awakens, he doesn’t really remember what happened, but he knows that it was Jesus who helped him continue living. All across this book, Jesus’ main goal was to find and become close to God. While the others who traveled with him came for other things, he came to find the Father. As I was reading this part of the book, I read it as that Musa had Satan inside of him. When Musa was trying to tempt him out of incarnation, it reminded me of Genesis 1 when the Serpent was leading Eve into temptation to eat the
