Addressing the issue is the way that nursing schools are attempting to extend ability to take care of the rising demand for nurses. A joint activity of AARP and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Campaign for Action is attempting to execute the Institute of Medicine 's (IOM) proof construct proposals with respect to the eventual future of nursing. The Campaign gives a voice and a vehicle for healthcare providers at all levels to lead framework change to enhance collaborating so as to health results for patients and families with business, shoppers, and other health proficient associations (Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, 2013). This project is intended to initiate progress by supporting Action Coalitions that are the main impetus of the Campaign at the nearby and state levels, framing a solid system of differing partners attempting to change healthcare through nursing. The RWJF initiative will give two-year grants of up to $150,000 to 20 state-based Action Coalitions that have gained significant ground toward actualizing the IOM proposals (Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, 2013). The projects that are currently being taken in Arizona is the study of the nursing population, nursing programs including curriculum that fit with current nursing practice, and a plan to build up an AZ Healthcare Workforce Center. Moreover, the first initiative named education task force: Education Practice Collaboration (EPC), which will be fundamental to enhance new graduate RN rehearse status to meet the quality and security needs of patients and families (Arizona Action Coalition, 2016).
