Naxalism led a deep impact on the Indian society or at least some of the states. There is undoubtedly a negative impact on the economic development of the affected states when we measure it in terms of GDP, Per capita income and human development index. The effect on social and political development of the affected states is however dubious. this is because though most of the naxal group are bound by common ideology but they react in different way and also affected the different section of the society in different manner i.e. both positively and negatively.

• Forest conservation act 1980 has placed the reserved forest of the entire country in the place of central government and no part of it can be used without the prior permission of it.
