The book I am reading is called ´The Help” written by Kathryn Stockett. Kathryn Stockett is an American journalist, Kathryn writes Adult fiction books she was most known for her 2009 debut novel The Help. Kathryn grew up in Jackson, Mississippi she graduated from the University of Alabama with a degree on English and creative Writing she then moved to New york and worked 16 years in magazine publishing and marketing. Stockett was sued by an African American women who worked for Stockettś bother, she claim that kathryn stole her story but stockett denied this claim, it took stockett 5 years to write this book and 60 literary agencies to reject stockett book until Susana Rumer agreed to represent her, the book was published in 42 different languages and in matter of weeks it was the best selling book everyone was talking about it.
