In the past century, the real estate industry was under certain level of stress. Because at that time, buying or selling a house required much more time and much more work than today. With out computers and the Internet, the process was very long and ineffective. Nowadays, consumers prefer to have the “right now” kind of information. Every piece of information could change and refresh in a moment, and people could even have a ‘tour” to a big house through their smart phones.
