All the lower ended jobs are moving elsewhere to other countries like India, Japan, etc. If you don’t get a good education and make yourself more highly qualified, it is going to be hard for you to find a job. Join clubs on campus, get involved, and show that you are willing to work hard. With outsourcing going on throughout the world the job market is going to be very competitive (Tay). With outsourcing, starting up a company will be more affordable and I can use the money I save to invest in other parts of my company. Opsware was a company that created a180 new jobs in the middle of a recession. Opsware uses automation and software to replace human beings in the operations of huge computer server farms located in remote locations. This makes it so the brain power of actual people can move up from doing relatively low tasks, to be able to work on other tasks that are more beneficial to the company. (Friedman 270).

As long as I get a good education and work hard I should be alright. With a good education I will be able to compete with all the other people around the world for the same jobs in my field of study. Outsourcing has been going on for years and has always helped out our economy and way of living. Just like the farmers that found new jobs when they quit farming, I will find new jobs as opportunities come and go. The pie is always growing; more jobs are being created all the time. There is no need for me to worry about finding a job as long as I keep myself up on my education for the new world. My job might change from time to time, and in the transition it may be difficult, but in the long run it will benefit me more.
Globalization will be great for me as a business owner because I can market to the entire world. There is so much more out there for me when I start my own business. I will be able to employ people for lower cost, and in turn it will save me money which I can invest it in my company. Also, I will have access to better technology making it so tasks that were once large will become smaller. I can then use that human brain power elsewhere where it is more
