From a young age, a man who was unattainable captivated me, he entered my life unexpectedly, speaking only the words of his creator and attracting millions of others aside from my gawking self. While his charm was mesmerizing it was his zest for adventure, and discovering the unknown that holds me spellbound to this day. His name is Harry Potter and his creator goes by the name J K Rowling. The 1990s progressed, and a defeated J K Rowling found her vision for the series while waiting for a train to London. Once denied by multiple publishing companies, Rowling was eventually published by Bloomsbury Publishing Co. in June 1997. With time, Harry Potter filled the pages on Rowling 's typewriter and then left the minds of children and adults around the work to wonder about the possibilities of our imaginations. Perhaps the key to many imaginations in the world, Harry Potter defied the odds of becoming a secondary fantasy novel and became the epiphany of what it means to dream. The power of Harry Potter 's dreams became essential to his future as the story progressed, specifically in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. Once a boy of innocence, Harry Potter is forced to mature faster than any ordinary teenager when he is faced with major dream themes; the journey, reality versus illusion, and the doppelganger.
