3 = This research study was done to help the awareness and prevention of introducing invasive species into the great lakes by anglers. As explained they express the need for cleaning your clothing, boots, boats and fishing equipment before entering different aquatic locations.
This helps to raise awareness about the dangerous side effects the public can prevent by simply cleaning their equipment in hopes that invasive species will not spread.
