We get understanding of God's omniscience from the writings of David. This is especially shown throughout chapter 139 of Psalms, which starts out with David exclaiming, "You have searched me, LORD, and you know me. You know when I sit and when I rise; you perceive my thoughts from afar. You discern my going out and my lying down; you are familiar with all my ways. In Ezekiel 5:13, because of Israel's rebellion against Him, the Lord God says "Then my anger will cease and my wrath against them will subside, and I will be avenged. And when I have spent my wrath on them, they will know that I the LORD have spoken in my zeal." This is just one example of God's anger, brought about by the continual sins of His creation.
Jesus, fully God, experience evident sadness on Earth. In John 11:36, it is written "Jesus wept". Though this is the shortest verse in all of scripture, it is truly meaningful. Jesus was weeping at the morning of His loved ones, at the death of His friend Lazarus. Though He had the ability and full intention to raise His friend from the dead, the grief of His friends was upsetting and emotional for Jesus.
God is also seen throughout scripture to express feelings of jealousy. Exodus 20:5 tells "You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me." Later, in Exodus 34:14, God reiterates this, saying "Do not worship any other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous
