Major policy recommendations related to economic sector includes the following concerns: i) increasing use of wetland resources (Turyahabwe et al., 2013); ii) increasing crop diversification; iii) increasing community level food-for-work programs; iv) increasing school-level food-for-education programs (Sseguya et al., 2013); and v) improving low cost input delivery system (Baiphethi and Jacobs, 2009).
