A list of actions/interventions that would help to achieve the goal of the MDG1A and MDG1C in area such as Uganda are:
Education: education is the best way to fight poverty and hunger as it allows the individual to have more opportunity and greater access to income and food.
Birth control: in a country such as Uganda birth rate are usually high, but with access to contraceptives childbirth will decrease and family will have greater economic freedom.
Farming: most people living in a country such as Uganda have access to farming, however, lack the knowledge to properly farm, if they can properly farm they could gain control over their own source of food.
Partnership: instead of one organization attempting to reduce hunger multiple organizations can cooperate in order to efficiently reduce hunger and poverty.

To conclude, in order for the MDG1A and MDG1C goal to achieve multiple actions or interventions such as education, birth control, farming, partnership and donation most work together in order to achieve this goal. They are so many organizations that have the same goal; those organizations should merge together or work together. If occur, they will be better coordination of handling donation and feeding those who need
