In Document 3, shows a graph showing how much the US government spent in one year. AS each year passed from 1930, the US government almost went in debt. A lot of money was being used to help all the people of the US. The US government and FDR did a lot to help the people to get a better life again, but it made the US in debt. Even though the money was spent on a good cause, but there was too much spent on programs. Even though there were programs being made, there was a possible chance that all the programs being made were not working for some people.
