It is often struggling and difficult for children to be able to make nutritious food choices and whether or not they get enough physical activity when they are exposed to certain environments they interact with daily, such as their home. Preventions include flourishing lifestyle habits, including nutritious eating and daily physical activity, can all lower the risk of becoming obese and any developing related diseases, the nutrient and physical activeness behaviors of children and adolescents are influenced by various regions of society, including their intermediate and distant families, surrounding communities, educational institutions, child care services, care providers, any and all faith-based associations, government facilities, mass media, and the food and beverage industries and entertainment industries, and for the educational system to play a key and critical role by identifying and establishing a safe and supportive environment with policies and practices that support lively behaviors for children and adolescents in the United States. Schools also there to provide many opportunities for all students to learn about the correct practice of nutritious eating and behaviors for our bodies. Parents are also encouraged to provide an anti-obesity environment such as quitting smoking, controlling birthweight of child during pregnancy and building up exercise
