Adam and Eve were placed on Earth in a garden paradise. Eve was promised wisdom by a snake if she was to take a bite of an apple from the tree of knowledge. Which was in fact, against God’s command. Not only did Eve take a bite out of the apple she also shared it with Adam. Once they both took a bite of this apple they did want God wished them not to do and “lost their innocence (Page 229). They were then banished and no longer were immortal, but later tried to return.The lesson here can be taught that no matter what the temptation do not do something that you will regret later. It may seem like a good idea now but think of the long term consequences.
Then comes the return which is a story of Noah and the great flood. God was furious and wanted “to destroy all flesh under the sky” (Page 231). God instructs Noah to build an ark to save two of every animal on Earth and Noah’s Family. He wanted to do this to purify the new race of
